What to do if you receive the wrong shipment: What to do if you receive the wrong shipment:
If the incorrect item has been shipped to you by accident, we will pay for the return shipping charges and ship you the correct item free of charge, but please call us immediately so that WE can arrange for the FedEx Ground pickup. Alternatively you may simply refuse the delivery if you are immediately aware of the mistake and inform us AT ONCE and WITHOUT DELAY so that we can expect the returned item and do not reject it on our side as an unauthorized return.

The Procedure to Return Merchandise

In order to return any piece, please follow these instructions. Returns will not be accepted if they are not properly adhered to:

  1. If you have accepted delivery, please ensure that all original instruction sheets, hardware packets (buts, bolts, etc), warranty card, and packing is still available and in sufficient condition to withstand return shipping, otherwise you must arrange for alternative packing that will properly protect the furniture during return transportation.
      
  2. Call our manufacturer's customer service line at 1-800-346-9748 or email us to request a "Returned Merchandise Authorization Code" ("RMAC").
      
  3. Arrange for pickup of the item(s) through FedEx Ground and return it to the destination given to you by the customer service rep when you get your RMAC.
      
  4. Please include your name, address, phone number, copy of invoice from the original order, and your RMAC in the package.
      
  5. Write your RMAC code on the Way Bill in the "Sender Reference" area so that it can easily be identified upon receipt that it is an authorized return.
      
  6. Keep your copy of the Way Bill, which has a tracking number for the shipment, for your records and in case we require the tracking number to trace the whereabouts of the shipment.
